General Manager, People Risk Solutions
Kate Bruce is General Manager of People Risk Solutions, which integrates our Human Resources, Workers Compensation and Safety & Wellbeing businesses. Having come from managing her own People Risk Consulting Business and previous to that, leading the People Risk business at Marsh & McLennan, Kate brings over two decades of industry best practice and knowledge to the People Risk, Broking and Insurance arena.
Kate is a clinician by trade (registered nurse), holds a QMS (quality) auditors accreditation, safety, training and insurance broking qualifications. A White Ribbon Ambassador, Kate is passionate about our Nations Domestic and Family Violence epidemic. She volunteers and helps raise awareness within the community, sporting clubs and workplaces through this cause.
With years of experience in people risk management, Kate’s toughest risk management work is still consulting with her three teenagers.
Manager - Professional Lines
Glenn has recently joined the team after a 10+ years experience with CPA Australia, where he was General Manager Australia/NZ, responsible for a membership base of over 115,000 members.
Prior to this he had an extensive career in Human Resources as the People & Culture Manger (APAC) at CPA Australia as well as other HR roles at Teletech and RACV. He currently sits on the Corporate Governance Board of the Cambridge Institute of Australia and has represented AHRI on the NSW Divisional Council.
Glenn’s passion’s outside of work are for his family and golf, currently sitting on the Parkdale Primary School Council and Membership Committee at Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club.
Gaby has been an Associate with hranywhere since 2009. She is an experienced HR Generalist who currently advises on a range of operational HR/people management issues and HR best practice.
Gaby has also been heavily involved in the creation and production of a number of policy suites for a range of clients across a diverse group of industries, including large retail, humanitarian, not for profit and publishing. Gaby has also reviewed and written employment contracts to ensure compliance with the National Employment Standards and Modern Awards.
Prior to working with hranywhere, Gaby was the HR Manager of a not for profit organisation with employees across Australia and New Zealand. Before commencing her career in HR, Gaby was an Events Manager, managing events in London and across the Asia/Pacific region.
Gaby has a Post Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Criminology) from the University of Melbourne.
