Reporting to the Commercial & Small Enterprise Manager, you will service your portfolio of commercial small enterprise clients and maintain and develop long term client relationships. You will take a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients whilst developing and implementing successful sales plans to create growth and new business.

Your relationship building skills coupled with your strong business acumen ‎will ‎support and compliment a team that is ‎similarly focused on our growth ‎strategy whilst delivering profitable results and superior service to our ‎customers.‎

Commercial insurance experience is beneficial, although this role would suit a candidate with solid experience in the broader insurance industry who is looking to extend their career into commercial insurance.

Rural/Remote Supermarket Store Manager

  • $120,000 plus
  • Full Time
  • Committing to a three year contract

Our client is a leading Australian owned chain of rural and isolated supermarkets throughout country Australia. Our client prides itself on providing exceptional service to their customers, high levels of organisation and exceptional leadership within the communities it serves.

We are seeking a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, outstanding competency in management, leadership, compassion and strong understanding of rural, remote and Indigenous Australian communities.

The ideal candidate for the position of rural/remote supermarket store manager must be willing to commit to a three-year contract in this position. They will be able to identify difficulties in semi remote conditions especially regarding logistics, ordering and managing a workforce that has limited talent pool access.

Applicants must have a strong work ethic, must be able to lead a supermarket team and can work at a high standard without the need of constant supervision, and without access to immediate services and support.

Executive Assistant

Our client, Edmund Rice Education Australia, is seeking a candidate to assist to manage the day-to-day administrative requirements of the Deputy Executive Director and provide professional support for the Community Engagement and Support Mission Team.

Edmund Rice Education Australia, is an Australia wide educational program with strong ties to the Catholic Church of Australia. While this may be the case, our client is not seeking Catholic only applicants.

You will be dealing with and maintaining positive relationships with the Deputy Executive Director and other Directors, the Community Engagement and Support Mission Team, Principals and many others. It is vital that all communication is clear, duly noted within the administration diary and follow-ups are run on your own initiative.

This role will include collating information and using latest technology to produce high quality reports, arranging travel plans and coordinating events. You will also assist the Deputy Executive Director in conducting research with regard to the strategic direction of EREA and the development of relevant policies and guidelines. You will need to have experience in working with the board and management reporting, arranging and facilitating meetings, developing agendas, recording minutes and following up action items.
