Martin Nally

Managing Director

Martin is Founder and Managing Director of hranywhere, a Human Resources Service Company, offering people solutions to business.
Martin has been a HR practitioner for over 30+ years.  Prior to founding hranywhere Martin’s career highlights included:

  • 10 years with Pasminco Ltd, the worlds largest zinc producer fulfilling several senior HR/ER roles
  • 7 years with Kraft Foods Limited where he held the position of Director Human Resources (Aust – NZ).
  • 3 years as National Personnel Manager with the Mayne Group.
  • 3 years at Coles Myer Limited as General Manager/HR positions within that corporation.
  • He left Coles Myer to start hranywhere in October 2006.

Martin holds degrees in Economics and Business Studies.  He is also a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Insurance and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Company Directors (12 + years).

Martin is an Executive Committee member of Australian Senior HR Roundtable (ASHRR) and is Chair of ACU’s Advisory Board of Management and he is Chairman of the Board at St Kevin’s College, Toorak (10 years). Martin is Deputy Chairperson and Director with Aspire Learning.

Martin lectures at post graduate level at Melbourne University.

Martin is an enthusiast for improving the people dimension of business. He has a wife four children, three grandchildren and has a passion for family, fun, the Wallabies, the Rebels and the Melbourne Football Club.

 

 
Tania Anderson

General Manager – Operations

Tania is a highly skilled HR practitioner with over 20 years experience in both operational and HR roles with some of Australia’s leading organisations such as Coles Myer, Target, Kmart, Coles Myer Supply Chain to name a few.

In addition to Tania’s corporate experience she has also owned and managed her own array of small business giving her a unique ability to understand the operational and strategic functional needs of businesses of all sizes.

Tania has operated for many years as a senior HR Generalist and has also specialised in areas of Learning and Organisational Development, Instructional Design and Delivery, Systems Implementation, Change Management and Project Management. Her flare for systems has also seen her work on many major national HR and Payroll related system implementations.

Tania holds various qualifications, which coupled with her wide ranging industry experience allows her to bring an insight into the common ‘people’ issues that affect all organisations. She thrives on partnering with business to achieve their operational and people objectives through providing practical and effective human resource support.

Tania was appointed to the role of General Manager Operations at hranywhere in 2009. In this role she provides leadership and support to the hranywhere business, its’ employees and Associates, Clients and network partners on key human resources issues and initiatives to support the strategic and functional operations of the business.

Sean Kelly

Senior Associate

Sean has over 20 years experience in a broad range of senior management roles with some of Australia’s leading organisations including that of HR Manager for Coles Myer’s Corporate Office covering finance, IT, legal, insurance and property functions.

Sean also has a background in finance, accounting, sales and major projects and applies his commercial skills to develop and implement HR solutions that have a positive impact on profitability. In more recent years Sean has specialised in areas of Executive Recruitment, Organisational Restructuring and large scale Change Management Projects.

Sean has often been selected to manage major projects, taking advantage of his broad commercial skills and experience in people management to draw together team members from different functions into cohesive project teams.

Sean is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and holds CPA and MBA qualifications.
John Clements
Senior Associate

John is a HR and employee relations professional with experience in managing teams, partnering with the broader HR and operational functions, HR generalist roles, negotiating enterprise agreements (national, state and site specific), dispute handling, change management, policy development and line manager education gathered over 25 years in some of Australia’s leading organisations.

John manages projects by setting and attaining objectives in a strategic, structured and methodical way coupled with a strong sense of business acumen.

John is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Industrial Relations Society and holds teaching, training and MBA qualifications.

John Clements

Gaby Csaky

Associate

Gaby has been an Associate with hranywhere since 2009. She is an experienced HR Generalist who currently advises on a range of operational HR/people management issues and HR best practice.

Gaby has also been heavily involved in the creation and production of a number of policy suites for a range of clients across a diverse group of industries, including large retail, humanitarian, not for profit and publishing. Gaby has also reviewed and written employment contracts to ensure compliance with the National Employment Standards and Modern Awards.

Prior to working with hranywhere, Gaby was the HR Manager of a not for profit organisation with employees across Australia and New Zealand. Before commencing her career in HR, Gaby was an Events Manager, managing events in London and across the Asia/Pacific region.

Gaby has a Post Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Criminology) from the University of Melbourne.

Glenn Morrow

Senior Associate

Glenn has over 20 years post-qualification experience in human resource management at senior and general management level, having worked with large and medium sized companies in mining (BHP) automotive (Toyota) , manufacturing (Amcor, Australian Paper) and B2B wholesale distribution (OfficeMax).

Glenn has actively participated as a member of leadership teams and has led Human Resources functions to deliver people strategies aligned to Business Outcomes.

His primary activities have been in Employee Relations (both planning and negotiations) and Organisational Development (organisational design, leadership development and productivity improvements). Glenn has also had accountability to lead quality, safety and environment systems.

He has achieved success by being an effective business partner with senior executives, through his influencing style and being a valued team player.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Industrial Relations), from the University of NSW.
